Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Material Bhejo website and all services offered by us, including online ordering, same-day delivery, contractor accounts, and customer support.

Material Bhejo is a Delhi NCR-based building materials e-commerce platform supplying cement, TMT steel, plywood, tiles, hardware, paints, and other construction materials to contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.

Eligibility

To use Material Bhejo's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be located within our serviceable delivery zones in Delhi NCR (PIN code availability subject to change)
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account
• Business customers must hold a valid GST registration if requesting GST invoices
• You must not use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

Material Bhejo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

Orders & Order Acceptance

All orders placed on Material Bhejo are subject to availability and acceptance. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm it.

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or phone
• You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is accepted
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, delivery zone restrictions, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to PIN code availability
• Bulk orders above ₹50,000 may require advance payment confirmation before dispatch

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on Material Bhejo are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in steel, cement, and other commodity prices
• The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price — not the price at the time of browsing
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (for eligible orders)
• A delivery fee may apply for orders below the free delivery threshold. This will be shown clearly at checkout
• For contractor/bulk orders, custom pricing may be agreed upon separately — such pricing is binding only when confirmed in writing

Delivery Terms

Material Bhejo offers same-day delivery within selected PIN codes in Delhi NCR. Delivery is subject to the following terms:

• Delivery is available only in serviceable PIN codes — check availability on our website before placing an order
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM on working days (Monday to Saturday)
• Delivery timelines are best-effort estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational constraints
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order
• If delivery is attempted but not completed due to customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply
• For large items (plywood sheets, steel bars), the customer must ensure adequate access at the delivery location
• Material Bhejo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Delivery on public holidays may be unavailable or delayed

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refund policy is as follows:

• All return requests must be initiated by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the issue
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
• Products that have been cut, used, or installed are not eligible for return
• Cement bags, paint cans, and adhesives opened/used are non-returnable

Product Information & Accuracy

Material Bhejo takes care to ensure that all product information, images, and specifications listed on our website are accurate. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only — actual product appearance may vary slightly by batch or brand
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, particularly for commodity products like cement and TMT steel
• We stock products from trusted brands (Century Ply, Kajaria, Godrej, UltraTech, ACC, JK Cement, Hettich, etc.) but do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific brand
• Technical specifications (grades, thickness, sizes) are sourced from manufacturer data — always verify with our team for critical applications
• Market rate products (TMT steel, cement) are priced daily — the displayed price reflects the rate at time of listing

GST & Invoicing

Material Bhejo provides GST-compliant invoices on every order. The following conditions apply:

• A GST invoice will be generated automatically for every order and shared via email or WhatsApp
• To receive a B2B GST invoice with your business GSTIN, you must provide your valid GSTIN at the time of checkout or before order dispatch
• GSTIN cannot be added or changed after an invoice has been generated
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the GSTIN provided is accurate and active
• Material Bhejo is not liable for incorrect input tax credit claims resulting from errors in GSTIN provided by the customer
• All prices on the website are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated as exclusive

Contractor & Trade Accounts

Material Bhejo offers special trade accounts for contractors, builders, interior designers, and architects who order regularly.

• Trade account holders may be eligible for volume discounts, priority delivery, and dedicated account support
• Trade accounts are subject to approval by Material Bhejo at its sole discretion
• Account holders must maintain a minimum order frequency as agreed at time of account creation
• Any credit facility extended to trade accounts is subject to a separate credit agreement and can be withdrawn at any time
• Trade accounts must not be shared with or used by third parties
• Material Bhejo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any trade account in case of payment default, misuse, or violation of these terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the Material Bhejo website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, pricing data, and website design — is the exclusive property of Material Bhejo or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written permission
• The Material Bhejo name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary and may not be used without authorisation
• Product brand names (UltraTech, Kajaria, Godrej, Century, etc.) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners
• Screenshots, price lists, or product data from our website may not be shared commercially or used for competitive intelligence

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Material Bhejo's liability is limited as follows:

• Material Bhejo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates
• We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect product usage or installation by the customer or their contractors
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or extreme weather
• Material Bhejo does not provide structural or engineering advice — customers must consult qualified professionals for construction decisions

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Material Bhejo's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

• We encourage customers to first contact our support team to resolve any dispute amicably
• If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• Consumer complaints may also be filed with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Changes to These Terms

Material Bhejo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision
• For significant changes, we will notify registered users via WhatsApp or email
• Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms
