2Delivery Time Windows
Delivery time depends on your location within Delhi NCR. We've optimised our dark store network to ensure the fastest possible turnaround in every zone we serve.
Available across all serviceable pincodes in Delhi and Gurugram. Most central locations get delivery within 60 minutes.
Available across all serviceable pincodes in Noida and Faridabad. Greater Noida and outer Faridabad may take slightly longer.
Delivery Operating Hours
Orders placed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM are delivered the same day within the time windows mentioned above. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed and delivered the next morning.

5Order Tracking
Every Material Bhejo order can be tracked in real-time. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:

- A delivery confirmation with photo proof once the order is handed over.

6Delivery Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to honour every promised delivery window, certain situations may cause unavoidable delays:
- Heavy traffic conditions during peak hours, festivals, or rallies in Delhi NCR.
- Adverse weather such as heavy rain, fog, or extreme heat affecting road safety.
- Restricted access to construction sites due to local rules, gate timings, or security clearances.
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of order.
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
In all such cases, we'll proactively inform you via WhatsApp or call with the revised delivery estimate. If a delay exceeds 24 hours from the promised window without prior notice, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
